reading

I have a 15-year old son with high-functioning autism, somewhat hyperlexic. I am looking for software that would help to address his gaps in comprehension, inferencing, subtext, etc.  He currently enjoys reading things at the  'magic treehouse' level.  I have some autism funding available so any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.
